Shipping policy

At SchmalzTech we want you to receive your products as quickly as possible so you can prototype, design, and build faster.  Please review our shipping details below.

 

Processing Time
Most orders will ship within 1 business day of being placed, however it could occasionally take up to 2 business days during periods of high order volume.  If you need your order processed faster please reach out to us directly and our team will help make sure that you receive your items within your required timeframe.

 

We offer two shipping levels directly via our website, however we are able to further expedite the process if necessary, simply give us a call and we will help to make sure your purchase arrives when you need it.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is the most economical option for items that aren't needed for a few days.  Items shipped via standard shipping will generally ship via USPS First Class Mail.  Depending on the weight of the order the package might also be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is great for when you need your items quickly.  Items purchased with express shipping will be sent via UPS Second Day Air, making sure you get your package within 2 business days.

Overnight Shipping
For orders that are extremely time critical we also offer overnight shipping.  If you need overnight shipping please contact us directly via phone: 844-399-9213 or via email: sales@schmalztech.com before you order.  Upon contacting us we will verify inventory levels, and arrange for same day shipping and handling via UPS Next Day Air or the service of your choice.

For overnight shipping an additional expedite fee will also apply.

 

International Orders
We are able to ship our products throughout North America, and this option is available directly through our website.  For international orders, shipping will be via UPS Standard.  If another shipping method is required please reach out to us directly.

All duties and taxes for international orders will be the responsibility of the customer, and for small orders may exceed the cost of the items purchased.
